PED/cycle help How would going from 600 to 1000-1500 feel?

I know I'm not low, or in need of trt. This is a decision to enhance or not to enhance. I want to know if this would do something or literally do nothing for me at all. If I want to enhance should I just blast? Or is there a place for "minor enhancement"?

Has anyone done this, I mean starting using testosterone while already having good levels, without taking big blast doses, but simply taking themselves to the next level (and not 10 levels up lol). I want to know if this could better my quality of life in any meaningful way.

TRT help Low T but not low enough for a script

My testosterone hovers around 300. I'm doing everything that I know of to help. I'm eating pretty clean. I'm lifting weights and I'm getting good sleep. It seems that I have fluctuations and I'm thinking these may be due to stress but I really don't know. It seems like my T will be good for a week and then the next week I feel like crap.

Do you guys have any other suggestions on how I can naturally increase my testosterone or what I should do to get a prescription?

I'm sure this has been covered but I would still like the community's personal feedback on their experiences.

About 7 weeks ago I started TRT. 40mg, E blocker, and HCG 37ui twice per week. I'm 35 and I was on the low side of normal at 400 with a stressful job in public service, terrible sleep, low libido, anxiety, and terrible mood swings. The first 3 weeks were awesome. Everything got better, moods, sleep, workouts, muscle growth, sexual appetite and erections. It was great. However, in week 6 I started to get terrible ED with weak erections with now shrinking testicles. My libido is still there I guess but no where near where it was in the beginning.

This all sounds like normal response to the "honey moon" phase from what I read in other posts but I just got my labs back and I can't explain the ED. Take a look above, my total is almost perfect, LH is of course low, estradiol is normal, but my free is through the roof. I can't explain it.

Scientific Studies TRT timeline Benefits Begin

I’ve shared this before on a Reddit TRT thread, but the question of when benefits kick in, often gets asked here as well—So I’m sharing this graph. I didn’t create it, I know the bottom doesn’t go in time order when in weeks. To the OCD crowd, it can still be helpful, it’s ok. Haha. This is a general guide to calculate onset based on average data. Of course individual responses can be different.

To those who would rather read the long version trial data: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3188848/

Enjoy!

TRT help Help on Increase in dosage

I am currently running 300mg per week of Test E, I am wanting to increase to 400mg per week. The vial is 300mg per 1ml. I currently take 1ml a week split into 3 injections of 0.33. What would my 3 injections need to be to get 400mg a week. Is it 0.43? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

TRT help Is there much of a difference between 500iu HCG or 750iu HCG

Upvotes

I am trying to lower my estrogen as it is at 54 right now and my testosterone is at 806 (trough). Im experiencing high estrogen symptoms. Im thinking of lowering the 750iu hcg a week to 500iu a week to try and lower estrogen. Im on HCG to keep my balls going as i will eventually be wanting kids in 2-3 years. Is there a big difference between 750iu vs 500iu?

Other Low T high liver and kidney enzymes

Upvotes

My 20 y/o son has been feeling off for awhile. He has terrible anxiety.Extremely tired, bolting out of bed at night, beyond irritable, anger fits, missing work and now he quit after slamming a brand new pressure washer on a driveway like he was a monster! He has lost down to an unhealthy weight and cannot gain it back.

Last week he had blood work done including testosterone. His testosterone was barely 200 and his liver and kidney enzymes were through the roof. What could be going on?

Blood work Any takeaways from blood test results

Hi, I've suspected for a while that I may have low testosterone levels so I ended up getting some blood work done, but am struggling to make sense of it. Would appreciate any observations/comments on my results.

For context, I'm a 24 year old Australian male.

Blood test Results: LH = 5.7 U/L; FSH=8.4 U/L; Oestradiol=<88 pmol/L; Testosterone=12.2 nmol/L; Calculated Free Testosterone=265 pmol/L; SHBG=26 nmol/L

TRT help Variations in test results

Upvotes

Male, 38 years old. I had been feeling low energy for several months and went to my doctor for a series of blood tests. Among many other things that were within norms, testosterone result was 6 nmol/L, which is very low. The doctor suggested taking another test, as the first one was done late in the morning, around 10 a.m. She mentioned she would write a prescription right after receiving the second test results. Today, a week after the first test, I received the result for the second test – 16 nmol/L. According to some sources, the normal range for my age is 12.2–16.5 nmol/L. Now, I’m very perplexed. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hey, guys, I just got back my test results, and, of course, I'm a little confused. I'm 44, 6’4, 218 lbs, and I hit the gym at least four days a week. But my sex drive is a little down, and has no energy. I'm Also, I do not see any muscle improvement at the gym. Are my test levels normal, or do I need a boost?

Blood work Question about hormones

My husband has severe low sperm count, motility and morphology. Urologist said he has smaller testicles (10 ml each) and prescribed Clomid 25 mg every other day. He also has very low libido, but his hormones seem normal (according to endocrinologist), but I'd like some opinions.

LH - 4.1 FSH - 3.6 Estradiol - 29 Testosterone - 650 Free T - 0.350 SHBG - 49 Inhibin B - 267 Vitamin D is severely low 12.5 ng, he started supplementing on that too. He's also taking male fertility multivitamin in high dose.

He's had gynecomastia in the past (he hasn't checked hormones then) so he's afraid the ratio between estradiol and testosterone might not be optimal. He's wondering if including boron would be a good idea.

Also, can we expect Clomid to help in our case, if anyone can share a similar story or any advice, we'd be so grateful.

TRT help 18 Yr old, doctor saying I should be careful and monitor it

I'm fairly athletic but I recently got into gym heavy, and I'm only eating organic and red meat/healthy foods now, doctor said should be careful because that might cause it to shoot up more, should I be worried? I'm already having problems like hair thinning and uncontrollable anger issues. Is this a thing? Google seems to say so but I can't trust that, or should I get a new doctor? She also said I'm only 18 and it's gonna only get higher within upcoming years. Is there something I can do?

Other Possible low testosterone (need help)

I'm 15 years old, and I eat well (my diet consists of mostly beef, eggs, and fruit, i get all vitamins/minerals), sleep well (average 8 hours), and am physically active. However, I have low libido and a lack of morning wood, whereas for most of my friends it's the opposite. Is this a cause for concern? Should I get my bloodwork done or make any lifestyle changes?

Blood work Low LH but normal testosterone?

For context: I’m 20 years old (174cm 69kg). I suffered from anorexia a year ago and was sub 10% body fat for multiple months, my testosterone was in the dumpster. After learning this, I worked like hell to get it up. High fat, high caloric surplus with Whole Foods, etc. After weight restoration (+10 kg) my test came back to 19nmol. However, I just got my LH checked and it was at 2.0, which at 20 is concerning to me, and I’m worried about fertility issues. How can my LH be low but testosterone normal, I’m not understanding at all. Could anyone explain?

Blood work Testosterone is low 300 and I’m 21 in great shape. No libido whatsoever.

Title says the main part, I’m 21 years old and both times I’ve tested for testosterone it’s been around 300. My doctor told me he has not reason to put me on testosterone, but that I could see an endocrinologist and they may. He said nothing is wrong with after doing all the other blood tests as well. However, I have absolutely 0 libido, no desire to talk to girls, no desire to have sex. I jerk off once a week maybe and even then it’s not because I’m horny but because I feel like I should. My entire life I have had plenty of libido, loved talking to girls, had a girlfriend, had plenty of sex, and masturbated all the time. But the last 2 years it’s all gone. Am I just in my head or should I see an endocrinologist and get some test.

TRT help TRT - What's normal?

I'm noticing my hunger is going through the roof - feels like I'm taking GHRP-6 or something. It's funny because I'm on BOTH mounjaro 12.5mg and Cagrilintide 2mg.

I'm currently in a cutting phase, I'm 41, 6'2, 189, around 20% body fat.

I will say though, the sleep was magnificent, had a dream about zombies last night, it was paradise.

This is day three of week 1, 100mg/week of testosterone cypionate.

Diet is plant based, get 200+g of protein daily.

Did you end up taking supps or meds that made noticeable improvements with your protocol?

I mean anything. Libido, dick function, mental, energy, sleep, recovery, etc? What did you notice went even better with your protocol?
