No more source discussion. At least for now, none can be allowed. NSFW
Rather unfortunate, but can no longer allow sourcing here for the moment at least, not only GLP-1 drugs which have been against the rules for many months. There is a direct reason for this related to the admins.
I say "at least for now" as I would like this to not be a full blanket-ban forever and I've always tried to keep this place functioning well and as within Reddit rules, but I cannot promise anything at all or even really express optimism. It may very well take some time before it's fully settled, but I will of course also mention whatever the outcome is.
Such is the way things are continuing to go on Reddit and on the internet in general really.
"Enshittification" truly is such a great and terribly relevant new term of our times.

Switching to bpc 157 from sermorelin? NSFW
Been taking sermoreline/ipamorelin for one month now and seem to be doing well with it. I started it as I am 44 yr old, work out a lot, but trying to cut a little fat and increase a little muscle mass.
My dr has told me she can no longer get sermorelin and is switching me to bpc 157. From what I am seeing, 157 is more for injury recovery, which I do not have a problem with.
Since I want the sermorelin results, would bpc 157 offer some of them as well?

BPC for more training rather than injury recovery NSFW
Hello,
I'm interested to hear whether people here have used BPC-157 for the purpose of being able to recover quicker when uninjured and thus train more, rather than to recover from a specific injury. I'm a rock climber, and one of the limiting factors for us is the strength of the tendons and connective tissue in our fingers, as they get stronger much slower than the actual muscles in our forearms. The idea behind using BPC here when uninjured would be that it allows our usually slow-recovering finger tendons to recover faster, thus increasing the volume and frequency of finger training we can handle, and therefore allowing more strength gains in a given period. The reason I'm focussed on peptides rather than AAS for this is the fact that BPC (at least as far as I know) has more of an affect on tendons and connective tissue; if we only used AAS (e.g. testosterone) then the forearm muscles would get stronger faster than the tendons, leading to ruptured finger tendons (which is already common in climbing, so AAS would likely only exacerbate it). If anyone has any experience with something like this, I'd greatly appreciate hearing about it. Thanks!

Looking for some inflammation/pain pros out there…. I’m chasing the Holy Grail. NSFW
Thanks in advance to those that read and might be able to offer some advice…
Background…. started Tirz 2.5 a week…. i’m 5 months in…. didn’t go up in dose…. i’ve lost… 25 pounds or so… 10 to go.
At day FIVE! back pain GONE! I could sit up out of bed… pick something off the floor… put my pants on standing up.
I’m 48f and i’ve been saying for years…. I’m too young to feel this old.
I’m 5 months in with Tirz and the back pain has gradually come back…. not where it was…. but i feel like i am nearing pre peptide pain/immobility.
I don’t feel like I want/can go up in dose on Tirz cause i can barely eat as it is… and im almost at maintenance so….
after a deep dive/research started BPC/TB500 (same bottle)… worked my way up to 300mcg a day….
been 6 weeks now…. im prepared to go longer but as of now…. no change. back pain… not getting worse… although I couldn’t pick the dog bowl off the floor this morning to feed her.
I know the GLP peptide absolutely helped with my inflammation but dosing up… not an option.
What else can i add to my protocol? I’m too young for this kind of immobility.
Thanks all and wishing everyone well.

Laryngopharyngeal reflux from Trz NSFW
So I don’t get this bad when off TZ and I guess I didn’t realize what this was all along. It’s bad. My throat feels closed in all the time and my throat is sooooo dry it makes me gag literally. The sulphur burps are so disgusting I cannot. I’ve always have reflux and peptic ulcers when younger but only while on TZ has it escalated to laryngopharygeal reflux. My throat feels burnt and swollen and like I need to clear it. It was so bad this morning and not much helps. I have H2 blockers now, PPI, and antacids to help and I’ll be eating super clean. I’m still going to switch I think though. I can’t handle this. It can take months I hear too. Is Ret any better when it comes to acid reflux issues and such? Is it helpful since the “food noise” isn’t as strong?
Last time around when I took Jaro, I used to get this silent gerd but I guess I had no idea because I’d only get a super raspy voice and almost lose it entirely at least once a month. So Ret or what y’all think?

bpc 157 with tb500 capsules - who’s seen results? NSFW
I have tendinitis in my elbows and Achilles. The Achilles is from June and the one that’s really limiting me. Today will be my first attempt at the gym as I finally stopped limping and feel better. The fear of it hurting again is there.
I ordered the BPC-157/TB500 capsules from a reputable location and they’re no joke price wise. I wanted to avoid injections if I could due to my lack of knowledge on how to mix/inject.
I’ve read anecdotal responses of those saying to use injections only but they seem to be “gym bro” talk from those that have never tried it. I was hoping to find someone that’s tried the capsules and get feedback on your experience as well as dosage amount and frequency. I guess if the pills don’t work I can switch to injections but wanted to give this option a try first. Thanks for any input.

BPC157 Lab test - as poor as it seems? NSFW
galleryWhat do you guys think about these lab results regarding BPC157? (Pics provided)
They claim:
- 74.5% peptide content (seems pretty poor to me)
- 99.08% (UV Purity, not sure what that means, found nothing valuable on google)
Further context:
I was searching for European peptide vendors and I found one that is quite reputable which is also mentioned frequently here on reddit.
They offer a 3rd party lab test on request and I was curious when I got the results. Im really not familiar with that formal „lab language“ so maybe someone here can assess that better than me. But honestly I dont think theres a Point buying when Peptide content is only 74%, or is this a good standard in the industry?

Traveling with peptides NSFW
I'm planning to visit Thailand this winter, and I want to use a KPV during my trip. Flying from Latvia to Turkey then to Thailand. I can take the peptide and bac water with me, but I'm afraid of the customs asking questions or worse. The second option is to buy KPV there, there are some web stores selling it. What would you do? Is KPV peptide even legal in there?

Oral BPC157 + TB-500 NSFW
I'm dealing with chronic elbow pain for a long time, i tried oral BPC-157 ARG about a year and a half ago to minimal effects. I've been thinking about trying a bpc-157/tb-500 mix but i'm wondering if the attached tests mean anything, and if there is any merit to continuing using oral capsules for joint/muscle issues.

Tirzepatide NSFW
I am currently on a 130 day cruise. We are stopping in Hawaii in 2 days. This is our last US stop until Jan. I ordered more tirzepitade and had it shipped to the port. It is already there waiting for me. I just went to order bacteriostatic water from Amazon but they can't get it there before my ship leaves. Do I have other options to reconstitute my tirzepatide?

Is The Risk Real? NSFW
A great deal of warning messages are posted about the potential risks of impure or non-sterile peptide products. Yet, I find very few, if any, current cases posted where impurity or pathogens actually caused the risk to be realized. There seems to be someone for everything on Reddit. Has anyone been tracking this?

High IGF1 levels. NSFW
Recently got a blood test done to check where I'm at because I'm considering doing some peptides and or TRT. My ifg1 levels came in at 43 nmol/L with a reference range of 8.2 - 29. Also my Lutenizing Hormone level was 8 iu/L with a referance range of <6. FSH was bottom end of normal. Most other things were within range including total test, free test, and SHBG.
I'm a 35 year old, M, 230pounds, 6"6. Go gym pretty hard 4-5 times a week and have been struggling to increase size/strength for the last 6 months.
Are my naturally high IGF1 levels a concern? Also I was reading high LH and low test (low normal) is a sign my brain is telling my balls to get some more test going but they aren't really working. Thanks.

GHK VS GHK-CU NSFW
Anyone have experience with both of these? Do they differ? About to run some GHK then try GHK-CU after that cycle. Would love to know the difference/experience people had with both.

A question about profitability of peptides by big pharma NSFW
So my understanding is that the reason more peptides aren’t available by prescription is that there isn’t enough financial incentive by big pharma do do the kind of long term studies needed because they can’t patent something made by the human body, is that correct? I have had this understanding for awhile now but then I learned that insulin is a peptide, maybe the first one used to help human health. Obviously there is a lot of profit with insulin, so is it patented? I’m trying to understand why peptides aren’t more mainstream.

Extreme nausea from BPC- 157 Injection NSFW
I have used injectable bpc 157 for 3 days, dosing twice a day at 250mcg. On day 2 I started to feel really bad nausea that has stuck around until now (just woke up day 4). I finally gave in a vommited because I was feeling so sick. I just popped an antihistamine to see if that fixes anything. Should I just stop using the bpc?

27M | Seeking Advice on HGH Side Effects & Future Use NSFW
27M | Seeking Advice on HGH Side Effects & Future Use
Hey guys, I could use some advice. I ran HGH for 9 weeks, starting at 4 IU daily. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a few weeks, my sleep took a serious dive—I was waking up multiple times a night and could only manage about 5-6 hours of broken sleep. My RHR also shot up, and my carpal tunnel symptoms got worse. To top it off, I started experiencing numbness in my feet and lower back pain.
I was running 4 IU pre-bed for 6 weeks when these symptoms showed up, so I dropped the dose to 2 IU, but nothing improved. Eventually, I stopped the HGH entirely a week ago, and my sleep has been amazing since—9 hours straight without interruptions. The carpal tunnel is almost gone. However my RHR is still elevated 80-90BPM probably due to TEST and EQ ( should I add Telmisartan to fix this?)
To give more context, I also started a blast (AAS) 6 weeks ago, which may have contributed to water retention and some of these issues.
Now, I’ve got a 400 IU kit of HGH stocked up, but I’m hesitant to run it again. I was hoping to leverage the synergistic effects with AAS, as well as the recovery and fat mobilization during my bulk. But, given my side effects, I’m not sure if HGH is worth the trouble for me. Should I try running HGH in morning before my fasted cardio?
What do you guys think? Should I try again with a different protocol or lower dose? Or is HGH just not for me? I'd hate to waste the kit, but I also don’t want to suffer the same side effects. Any recommendations or experiences would be super helpful!

Advice on starting SubQ GHK-Cu at 27(F) NSFW
Hi, I'm completely new to this sub-reddit and discovering great stuffs. As far as I've learned, GHK-Cu when used subcutaneously, probably brings better effects than topical (for example increasing eyebrow volume to reversing gray hair aside from firming skin)? I'm 27 (F) with 3-4 gray hairs and have some atrophic acne scars, also my lateral eyebrows are sparse. So should I start using SubQ GHK-Cu from now on? Or should I stick to using topical? Would love some advice. TIA.

BAC water for glutathione injection ? NSFW
I’ve read when reconstituting your glutathione that BAC water isn’t the best option . What liquid is best to use for it so it holds and goes in smoother without PIP?
Also you’re not supposed to pull glutathione and NAD+ in the same pin correct? Don’t mix them?

Adding Ipamorelin to Sermorelin NSFW
I’ve spent hours searching and reading Reddit and haven’t seen this answered. I’m on 400 mcg nightly of sermorelin and haven’t noticed much - want to add Ipamorelin.
Do I drop to the 200mcg and add ipamorelin at 100mcg?
I’m guessing there are lots of people doing this stack. Any side effects like hunger to report? Thanks
